Chef Emily Johnson is a culinary school graduate from Madison, Wisconsin, who has traveled the country and the world studying food.
Some of her adventures include a three-month stay in Buenos Aires and a culinary tour of Italy. Wisconsin, Colorado, California, Louisiana and New Mexico are some of the places she has lived and worked and she loves the cuisines and culture of them all. She is an experienced waitress and bartender as well as line cook and catering chef. She loves using as many seasonal and local products as possible and is passionate about the connection between the field and the table. She is fully committed to bringing back the incomparable experience of dining on home-cooked scrumptious food while enjoying the company and conversation of family and friends.
